Overview

Client Notes is an on-set note-taking app for video crews. It works offline on your iPhone or iPad. We do not operate user accounts or a cloud database for your notes.

Stored on your device

• Your name (as you enter it on notes)
• Notes, favorites, and timecode marks
• Project and shoot day settings

This data stays on your device unless you export or share it yourself.

Camera

Camera access reads timecode from a monitor and scans QR codes. Images used for timecode capture are processed on-device and deleted immediately. We do not upload camera images to our servers.

What we do not do

• No account registration
• No selling of personal information
• No developer-operated analytics or ads in version 1.0

Sharing

If you export PDF, CSV, or share a package via Mail or AirDrop, that shared copy is handled by the service you choose.
